Stazione di Posta*: chef change!


End of March, Chef Marco Martini left Stazione di Posta to open his very own restaurant in May.

Already owner of one michelin star, chef Martini is probably one of the most talented and experienced young Italian chefs.

This is one of his most famous dishes: cod, patanegra and bitter orange, garnished with sea asparagus (salicornia) and red cabbage foam.

Dear Chef, best of luck for the new adventure.

Note: 'The Corner' is the name of the new restaurant of Chef Martini, awarded with one Michelin star in 2017
