Dominique Ansel: cronut® time!


You understand that you are close to Dominique Ansel bakery when the air of Spring st in nyc start changing its aroma into a buttery flavor.

Soon after you will notice the line outside the shop, but do not be scared...

The personnel will come out regularly to offer you a warm apple cider or a freshly baked madeleine.

Make sure to line up at least 30 mins before the opening to increase your chances to get this unique creation: the cronut, a croissant and doughnut hybrid, filled every month with a new cream.

January offers a very interesting combination of gianduja (hazelnut milk chocolate) and blood orange jam!

You will not regret!
