Ortigia (SR) / Gusto: the first ice cream of the trip

Right behind the cathedral and some archeological excavations, it is time for the first ice cream of the trip.

The store is called Gusto and prepares artisanal ice cream using the local products of the Val di Noto.

We decided to combine cheesecake red orange - a mix of ricotta and orange with crumbles of biscuit - with almond from Avola, aromatized with marsala from Noto.

A full and rich dessert in the shape of an ice cream with all the flavors well defined and not particularly sweet.
