Worden hall: brunch with almost 100 hopped beverages

Wordell hall is a tavern that recently opened in Boston, right in front the entrance of the Broadway MBTA stop in South Boston.

The place offers an incredible selection of beers (almost 100) and it is specialized in deep-dish pies.

We tried it on Saturday for brunch and opted for a Cheddar Croque hiding a heart of grilled house-smoked pork belly and granny smith apple. The acidity of the apple does a great job mitigating the fat of the dish!

Another highlight is the bagel with lox!

Everything in this bagel is house made: the bagel, the cream with herbs and capers, the smoked salmon. Arugula, tomatoes and fried onion rings to complete it!
