Seattle / Pho Ba: excellent pho in non-pretentious setting

Do not be misled by a not appealing entrance, a very humble window door with water green wood finishes and illuminated signs.
Things do not change much inside with regular cheap tables, covered by dark blue tablecloths and a layer of glass (practical and easy to clean).
Pho Ba is a traditional and authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the international district, ran by a family moved to Seattle from Saigon.
The broth of the Pho is one of the best (if not the best) in town: beef-based, good balance of spices – with an abundant pinch of cinnamon – served with round steak.
The service is fast, very friendly and the pho available under 10 dollars. An unmissable address for all the Pho passionate.
